Question: Where can I buy your books?
Answer: You can order directly from us by calling 800-553-1903, by email at
bookinfo@JusticeSystemsPress.com, or you can check with your local bookstore.

Question: How do I order from you?
Answer: Place orders by phone using a Visa or MasterCard for payment. For government agencies, a purchase order is accepted. Print the order form specific to the book you are ordering. Refer to the Home page, select the book of interest and click on “order form”. Scan and email the completed form or mail the completed order form to Justice Systems Press, P.O. Box 2852, Port Angeles, WA 98362.

Question: How do I obtain previous versions of publications?
Answer:  Contact us at 800-553-1903, or email bookinfo@JusticeSystemsPress.com for availability.

Question: How is the order shipped?
Answer: Generally small orders are shipped by US Postal Service and larger orders are shipped by UPS ground. UPS ground requires a physical address. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii or a P.O. Box address will be shipped via the US Postal Service. We attempt to ship orders within 2 – 3 days.

Question: How often are the books updated?
Answer: Legal references are updated bi-annually or more frequently if there are major changes in the law. Justice Systems Press staff closely monitor the legislative sessions to ensure that critical updates are incorporated in the new editions. Other law enforcement books are updated when needed.

Question: Can I have the book imprinted with my agency’s information – name and logo?
Answer: Yes. For orders of 500 or more a cover can be specifically designed to meet your needs.

Question: Who develops and researches the laws for the books?
Answer: We have a team of seasoned law enforcement officers with experience at the Federal,
State and local levels and an attorney.
